When Northville Public Schools are closed
due to weather, morning fitness classes are cancelled. Decisions
regarding evening classes are made at 4:00pm.

For everyone’s safety, we cannot allow children under the age of 13
to attend Group Fitness classes, even if they are accompanied by an
adult. Please arrange childcare in advance of attending fitness classes.

Please note that when classes are scheduled back-to-back, each class
will end 5 minutes early to accommodate the transition between classes.
Purchase a monthly pass and attend as many classes as you like!
We reserve the right to cancel, alter, or make location & instructor
changes to any class at any time for reasons that may include, but not
limited to, scheduling, participant & instructor safety, space
availability, instructor illness, emergency. We are committed to

Fitness classes that will give you the results you want! Enjoy all of
the benefits of exercising with friends without the commitment of a gym

When: Classes are offered 7 days a week at different

TRX - The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original,
best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your bodyweight
to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want
to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust
your body position to add or decrease resistance. Used by celebrities
like Jennifer Lopez, Gisele Bundchen, and Scarlett Johansson, it’s
incredibly effective for total body conditioning and toning. By
utilizing your own bodyweight, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides
greater performance and functionality.
Barre - Achieve a total body workout targeted at the
areas of the body women struggle with most: seat, hips, thighs, abs, &
arms. Each workout is designed to strengthen and stretch you, which will
help you achieve a long, lean, and toned physique. Experience firsthand
why super-toned celebs like Kelly Ripa and Natalie Portman (used to
prepare for Black Swan) love this workout!
Yoga - Yoga I is a restorative, hatha-style class,
suitable for all levels.
Yoga for Hips & Backs - Perfect for those who sit
for long periods of time frequently, cycle, run, or just tight in these
important areas. This class will focus on releasing tension as well as
increasing strength and flexibility.
Yin Yoga - Yin yoga is a restorative yoga practice
that incorporates blocks and bolsters for maximum support and
relaxation. Poses are held for an extended period of time to achieve the
ultimate release and restoration of the muscles. This class is essential
for anyone with tightness around the hips, knees , back, neck and
shoulders! Renew your body and your spirit with this deeply relaxing
class. We highly recommend bringing a blanket to this class.
Candlelight Meditation for Relaxation - What better
way to prepare for the upcoming week than an hour of quiet, uplifting
meditation? Join us for this rejuvenating mediation practice. No
experience is necessary—only an open mind and an interest in adopting a
mediation practice. You’ll sit or lie comfortably, while listening to
serene music and hearing a reading from the current reading list and
clearing your mind by focusing on an uplifting thought or sentiment. We
highly recommend bringing a blanket to this class.
