Pressure and Glucose Testing
Blood Pressure and Glucose Testing is held the 2nd Tuesday of each
month at the Northville Community Center. Heartland Plymouth Court staff
will conduct the testing between 11:00am and 1:00pm. No appointment
necessary.
Gym Walking
The gym at the Northville Community Center is open for lap walking on
Mondays 8:00am – 9:30am and Tuesday – Friday 8:00am – 10:00am. Eighteen
laps equals 1 mile. FREE!
 Medical
Equipment Loans
Gently used walkers, wheelchairs, canes and other medical equipment
are available for loan. To reserve a piece of equipment, call the Senior
Services office at 248-349-4140.
Lunch Program/Meals on Wheels
Hot, nutritious meals are provided Monday through Friday at Allen
Terrace, 401 High Street 11:45 a.m. Suggested donation is $2.25
Reservations may be made 24 hours in advance 248-231-9950.
Homebound residents can receive a home delivered meal by contacting
Oakland County 248-xxx-xxxx or Wayne County 800-851-1454.
Flu Shots
Held in the fall pre-flu season .
Massage Therapy
One hour appointments are available Thursdays 9:00am – 3:00pm.
$50/hour. Tim Manigold, NCMT
Foot Reflexology
One hour appointments are available 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each
month, 9:00am – 2:00pm. $35/hour. Clarence Brown, Reflexologist.
