Gymnastics

Spring

Each class will begin with muscle stretches and work into basic tumbling equipment at stations where students will learn many different skills. Students will also learn a basic routine on the balance beam, and be introduced to somersaults, cartwheels and back walkovers. Students should wear loose clothing such as leotards or shorts. Beginners and advanced students welcome.

Gymnastics & Cheer - Pom Camp

Ages 5 - 10

Come join the fun and learn some new moves! Our certified All Star dance instructors will promote fitness, proper arm movements, dance routines, cheers, jumps, stretching, basic tumbling and stunting.  Your child will also cover five important components to successfully be a team player: building unity, responsibility, leadership, discipline/rules and friendship. Pom -Poms
and t-shirts are available for purchase for $15 on the first day of camp. Wear comfortable clothes and bring water, a lunch including beverage (sorry, no fridge). A performance will take place on the last day of camp at 2:15pm. Also on the last day, pizza and juice boxes will be served for lunch. Please Note: When packing your child’s lunch we ask that you do not send any food item with peanuts as many children experience allergies. We appreciate your cooperation.
