Beginner Tai Chi:
Session One: Fridays, January 19th - February 16th from 10:15 am - 11:15 am
Session Two: Fridays, March 2nd - March 30th from 10:15 am - 11:15am
Fee: $48 Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Learn the fundamental movements of Tai Chi to improve your memory, balance, flexibility, and reduces stress and increases breathing capacity. 
*Please note the monthly fitness passes do not apply to this class. Registration only.

Intermediate Tai Chi:
Session One: Fridays, January 19th - February 16th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Session Two: Fridays, March 2nd - March 30th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Fee: $48 Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Progress your Tai Chi skills in this intermediate class. Challenge your mind and body as you progress with movements that will deepen your Tai Chi learning and enhance your health. It is recommended that you take Beginner Tai Chi twice before the Intermediate class.

                                      Silver Classes & Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Style Yoga: A specific flow of postures that will take you through sun salutations, standing and seated postures. It's a dynamic sequence that opens new dimensions of the mind-body-breath connection. All Levels welcome.

Silver Chair Yoga:
Through gentle yoga poses and stretches, you will increase your breath capacity, body flexibility and strength.

Silver Cardio & Core: An innovative workout that uses a combination of seated and standing movements to focus on strengthening your core while you increase your endurance.

Silver Circuit: A total body workout done at your level. Move from station to station doing exercises for balance, coordination, cardio, strength & flexibility. 50 minutes.

Silver TRX & Tone: An incredibly effective total body conditioning classes, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides a workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight. Stretches and balances included in a varied workout.

Silver Strength: Designed for our older, active exercisers, this class focuses on exercises and light cardio to tone muscles to prevent injury, improve strength, bone density, balance and overall well-being.

Senior Walking: Come join us for a morning walk in the gym. Every weekday morning the gym is open for senior walkers from 8:00 - 9:30 am. Join the group afterwards for a cup of coffee!

Slow Burn Yoga: Slower progressive sequences to longer holding postures will bring your entire body and mind into balance in this intense yet calming class.

TRX: Increase total body flexibility, promote mobility and stability, and develop core strength. Learn basic foundational exercise through easy to follow progression focusing on technique and conditioning.

WERQ: WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music.

Yoga for Healthy Hips and Backs: Improve your overall health and well-being with yoga poses and stretches targeting the back and hips to help protect from injury.
