Drums Alive!
Wednesdays, November 1st - December 20th from 10:00am - 11:00am; $60 Residents, $65 Northville School District Residents, $70 Non-Residents 
Experience the joy of music, movement and rhythm with this cardio workout! Bring your own Stability Ball (55 cm for those 5'2 and under, $65 cm for those 5'3 and above) Drumsticks and stand provided.

Beginner Tai Chi:
Session One: Fridays, October 27th - December 1st from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Session Two: Fridays, January 19th - February 16th from 10:15 am- 11:15 am
Fee: $48 Residents, $53 Northville School District Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Learn the fundamental movements of Tai Chi to improve your memory, balance, flexibility, and reduces stress and increases breathing capacity.

Intermediate Tai Chi:
Fridays, January 19th - February 16th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
Fee: $48 Residents, $53 Northville School District Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Progress your Tai Chi skills in this intermediate class. Challenge your mind and body as you progress with movements that will deepen your Tai Chi learning and enhance your health. It is recommended that you take Beginner Tai Chi twice before the Intermediate class.

Barre Blend:
Wednesdays, January 3 - February 7 from 9:00 am - 10:00 am
Fee: Will be announced in December for January's classes
Using the ballet barre, you will strengthen, lengthen and tone your body with isometrical movements. Your total body workout will also include pilates and mat work.

TRX & Conditioning:
Saturdays, January 6th - February 10th from 8:00 am - 9:00am
Fee: $48 Residents, $53 Northville School District Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Increase total body flexibility, promote mobility and stability, and develop core strength. Learn basic foundational exercises through easy to follow progressions focusing on technique and conditioning.

                                      Silver Classes & Yoga

Silver Chair Yoga: This class will increase your breath capacity, body flexibility and strength through gentle yoga poses and stretches.

Silver Strength: Designed for our older, active exercisers, this class focuses on exercises and light cardio to tone muscles to prevent injury, improve strength, bone density, balance and overall well-being.

Silver TRX & Tone: An incredibly effective total body conditioning and toning class, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides a workout that leverages gravity and your bodyweight. Stretches and balance included in a varied workout.

Silver Stretch & Yoga: This class focuses on yoga stretches and strength using light weights. Enjoy the relaxation achieved through yoga poses while increasing stamina and strength. 30 minute class.

Strength & Endurance: Blast calories and improve your strength, cardiovascular endurance and total fitness with hand weights, cardio, TRX as well as challenging mat work.

Senior Walking: Come join us for a morning walk in the gym. Every weekday morning the gym is open for senior walkers from 8:00 - 9:30 am. Join the group afterwards for a cup of coffee!

Slow Burn Yoga: Slower progressive sequences to longer holding postures will bring your entire body and mind into balance in this intense yet calming class.

Yoga for Healthy Hips and Backs: Improve your overall health and well-being with yoga poses and stretches targeting the back and hips to help protect from injury.

Line Dancing: Kick up your heels with well-known line dance teacher Rosemary Krest. Instruction in Cha Cha, Rumba, Mambo, Merengue, and Salsa. You will also learn the traditional steps of East & West Coast Swing, Foxtrot and Waltz. A partner is not required.
