Beginner Tai Chi:
Wednesday, June 13 - July 18, 10:00 am, No class  July 4th
Fee: $48 Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Learn the fundamental movements of Tai Chi to improve your memory, balance, flexibility, and reduces stress and increases breathing capacity. 
*Please note the monthly fitness passes do not apply to this class. Registration only.

Intermediate Tai Chi:
Wednesday, June 13 - July 18, 11:15 am, No class July 4th
Fee: $48 Residents, $58 Non-Residents
Progress your Tai Chi skills in this intermediate class. Challenge your mind and body as you progress with movements that will deepen your Tai Chi learning and enhance your health. It is recommended that you take Beginner Tai Chi twice before the Intermediate class.

Pilates Mat *FREE DEMO DAYS*
Tuesday, May 15 and May 22 at 9:30 am
Improve your mind body connection through Pilates - a low impact exercise program designed to rebalance, lengthen and strengthen the body and increase flexibility. For beginner and intermediate students. Please bring your own mat. Plans are in the works to start the class in June. Please inquire at the Community Center Desk for more information when you register for the free demo.

                                      Silver Classes & Yoga

Ashtanga Vinyasa Style Yoga: A specific flow of postures that will take you through sun salutations, standing and seated postures. It's a dynamic sequence that opens new dimensions of the mind-body-breath connection. All Levels welcome.

Blend Yoga:
This is an intermediate level class that pairs the flow of Vinyasa with the guided challenge of Slow Burn. Great for those newer to Yoga who want a challenge as well as those who have practiced for years.

Line Dancing:
Come and line dance to a variety of music from country, oldies, 2 step, waltzes and top 40's with our new instructor, Judean Owen.

Silver Chair Yoga:
Through gentle yoga poses and stretches, you will increase your breath capacity, body flexibility and strength.

Silver Strength: Designed for our older, active exercisers, this class focuses on exercises and light cardio to tone muscles to prevent injury, improve strength, bone density, balance and overall well-being.

Silver Zumba: A total body workout, combining cardio dance moves with Latin inspired music that improves your muscle tone, balance, flexibility and cardiovascular system.

Senior Walking: Come join us for a morning walk in the gym. Every weekday morning the gym is open for senior walkers from 8:00 - 9:30 am. Join the group afterwards for a cup of coffee!

Slow Burn Yoga: Slower progressive sequences to longer holding postures will bring your entire body and mind into balance in this intense yet calming class.

WERQ: WERQ is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music.

Yoga for Healthy Hips and Backs: Improve your overall health and well-being with yoga poses and stretches targeting the back and hips to help protect from injury.
