NEW CLASS UPDATE: View our new "Candlelit Yin" yoga class below!

2026 punch cards are now available for purchase! 10 Class punch cards are $70 for Residents, $75 for Non-Residents. Punch Cards are valid through December 31, 2026, and may be used for all drop-in non-registered fitness classes. Punch cards are available for purchase at the Northville Community Center and the Recreation Center at Hillside 8am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday.

Beginner Line Dancing
Learn basic line dance steps and choreography using a variety of musical styles such as Country and Pop. Benefits include improving fitness and coordination, boosting cognition and reducing stress.

Healthy Hips & Back Yoga
This class focuses on a great stretch from head to toe, improving strength, flexibility, and balance with an emphasis on back, hips, and shoulders. Suitable for all levels.

MetCon Training
Boost strength and stamina with a full-body workout using bodyweight, bands, TRX, kettlebells, and more. Includes cardio, calisthenics, and flexibility work. Modifications provided for all fitness levels to ensure a safe, effective, and energizing class experience. Taught by certified personal trainer, Andrea Marcovic. Wednesdays, 10:30 am-11:30 am.

Mindful Yoga
Rooted in Hatha and Restorative Yoga, this class focuses on connecting breath and movement. Appropriate for all students including seniors, beginners and those with a regular yoga practice.

Restorative Yoga
Restorative, gentle Yoga to calm the mind and body for the week ahead.

Silver Chair Yoga - Ages 50+
Gentle Poses will improve your balance, strength, flexibility and breath capacity. Class time includes 75% seated and 25% standing stretches.  

Silver Strength & Stretch - Ages 50+
Designed for our active, older exercisers, this class focuses on toning muscles to prevent injury and improve bone density, balance and overall well-being.

Slow Burn Yoga
Slow burn classes integrate breath and movement, inner/outer alignment, strength and flexibility. Slow progressive sequences and longer holding postures encourage the body and mind to balance, focus and calm. Open to all levels.

Yoga Flow
Guided practice integrates yoga flow with postures designed to build flexibility, strength and balance. Suitable for most fitness levels.

Yoga FUN-damentals
Find a deeper connection with yourself while linking breath and movement through yoga flows along with a series of holding postures. Learn the basics as you find balance both physically and mentally. Suitable for all levels & excellent place to begin!

Zumba Gold - Ages 50+
A total body workout, combining cardio dance moves with Latin inspired music that improves your muscle tone, balance and flexibility. Zumba emphasizes moving to the music and having fun, regardless of your fitness level.

Candlelit Yin $12 per class

Yin Yoga offers a softer side of yoga, encouraging students to surrender into gentle, supportive poses for extended periods, while becoming more in-tune with the sensations of the body and mind. Props such as blocks, straps, knee supports, blankets and yoga bolsters are available for use during class, ensuring a comfortable experience that allows your connective tissues, fascia, and mind to relax and rejuvenate. This class is suitable for all levels of flexibility and experience - simply bring your mat or borrow one of ours.
 
 
Women's Fitness $15 (First class FREE for new participants!)

Led by a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist, this class boosts health and fitness across all levels with strength, cardio, and core training. Enjoy a supportive, group setting with modified exercises. Equipment is provided. Please bring towel and water.

 

Soulful Flow $12 per class

Tuesdays 6-7 pm, NCC Nield/Mainville | Upcoming sessions: Jan. 13-Mar. 3 & Mar. 24-May 12

A rejuvenating one-hour class that beautifully integrates breath and movement. This session features a dynamic mix of Sun Salutations and Ashtanga poses, along with some calming yin poses for a well-rounded practice. Perfect for all levels and fully guided. Bring water and a small towel.
